My name is Carly, I am a Personal Trainer, Mind Body Holistics and Reiki Practitioner based in Central Massachusetts (with online appointment options). Thank you for visiting my page!
Everything I offer my clients are techniques and modalities I myself have used to heal personal trauma, release emotions and mindsets that don't serve me, as well as build a strong body, mind and spirit.

I have been studying and practicing holistic wellness and alternative forms of healing since I was a child. Throughout my own journey of healing from several auto-immune illnesses and neural dysfunctional disorders, I've learned and experienced the different avenues we can take to reach our healthful potential by way of nutrition, fitness, Energy Healing, Flower Essence and much more!
Whether it's by way of a Reiki healing, Flower Essence Mixture, Personal Training Program, Nutritional offering, Youth Mentorship session, or another one of my services, I always aim to help my clients release what doesn't serve them, so they can experience greater health and happiness in their lives!​​

"I booked with Carly for an Energy Clearing session because I felt some “blocked” or sleepy areas. She asked what I experienced about them and the session powerfully brought In the Divine Love energies [healing energies] which cleared one area, then another … the clearings for each area were so different! Both beautiful – but a completely different experience. She also located a 3rd area which I absolutely recognized as calling for healing and she brought the Divine Love energies to that place as well – again a unique experience ! Then she brought the Love to the whole field! It felt marvelous, and I loved it. When it was complete I felt whole and lighter and joyful … and very grateful!
For two or three days after the session I felt at times like it was still affecting my field – a little extra clearing here, a little extra refining there. My breath relaxed and deepened and I felt so supported by the LOVE. I felt more grounded on the one hand, and lighter and more expansive on the other. It was so beautiful and I am so grateful.
